Sales

The Sales organization is structured around solution selling not transactional volume. With deep OEM relationships, government bid capability, and national account reach, the team excels at placing complex, high-value equipment across towing, recovery, transportation, waste, and municipal markets. Sales is tightly aligned with financing, upfitting, and service to maximize deal velocity and lifetime customer value.

Service & Installation

The Service Department is a core retention and reputation engine. Multi-OEM capability (Class 58), and decades of institutional knowledge enable ECTTS to handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced hydraulic, electrical, and structural repairs. Mobile service and roadside support extend uptime for customers and protect downstream sales opportunities.

Parts

With broad OEM coverage, private-label ECTTS products, and e-commerce integration, the department supports both internal service operations and external fleet customers.

Assembly

ECTTS brand products assemble in Portsmouth Virginia. From securement straps to custom securement assemblies, the team combines quality control, cost efficiency, and speed to market.

Sign Shop & Graphics

The Sign & Design team strengthens both internal branding and external customer offerings. Capabilities include vehicle wraps, graphics, tinting, and custom signage. This department differentiates ECTTS by bundling visual branding with vehicle sales, creating incremental revenue while increasing customer dependency.

Rentals & Leasing

Rentals and leasing provide market entry points for new customers while providing Sales customers a loaner while their ECTTS purchased truck is in for service. Reducing downtime for our customers keeping their businesses moving forward.

Insurance & Financial Services

Financial services extend ECTTS beyond equipment.Insurance, financing coordination, and value-added programs position the company as a long-term partner rather than a one-time vendor, increasing customer retention.
