Online Marketplace Platform

New Solicitation

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by East Texas A&M University (Lead Entity) in collaboration with the State of Florida and the Procurement Professionals Alliance RFxPremier cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements for an Online Marketplace Platform. An Online Marketplace Platform is a platform that allows for dynamic capabilities for both availability of products and pricing of products. This RFP is seeking Vendor solutions for such a platform. The platform must be accessible via a webpage and offer detailed reporting of purchases made using the platform.

Airfield Lighting

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and RFxPremier are working on a solicitation for Airfield Lighting. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be to establish master agreements for airfield lighting products for airports as well as cities and counties with airport purchasing.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems & Services

This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is being issued by Florida State University in collaboration with RFxPremier (RFxP) cooperative purchasing program, the State University System of Florida. The purpose of this ITN is to solicit proposals and establish cooperative contract(s) with qualified Respondent(s). These cooperative contracts will be used to obtain Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems and Services for and on behalf of all eligible participating entities (i.e., State of Florida, institutes of higher education, K-12, local government agencies, non-profits, etc.) hereafter referred to as the "Participating Entities."

The purpose of this RFI is to: obtain information, comments, or suggestions from potential vendors before issuing a request for proposals and generate interest in a potential invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Vendors should not contact the State regarding this RFI. All communication should be either by responding to this RFI or by submitting a question during the question and answer period. This RFI is not a procurement process and may not be used to make a purchase or enter into a contract. A procurement unit is required to use a standard procurement process, or comply with an exception to the requirement to use a standard procurement process described in Part 8, Exceptions to Procurement Requirements, in order to make a purchase or enter into a contract. A response to a request for information is not an offer and may not be accepted to form a binding contract. Information submitted to or by a governmental entity in response to a request for information is protected under Section 63G-2-305.
