Firefighter Body Armor and Ballistic Products

New Solicitation

The City of Miami and RFxPremier are working on a solicitation for Body Armor and Ballistic-Resistant Products for Fire Departments in furtherance of the RFxPremier Cooperative Purchasing Program. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be to establish Master Agreements with qualified suppliers to provide new ballistic-resistant vests, spike- and edged-blade-resistant vests, ballistic-resistant helmets, ballistic-resistant shields, ballistic-resistant accessories and associated products. All products that will be offered on this contract will be NIJ and ASTM standard spec. certified.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreement(s) with qualified respondents to provide AI-powered workflow mapping and analytics services to support enterprise transformation initiatives, operational efficiency, compliance readiness, and business process optimization across diverse function areas. Solutions should enable organizations to rapidly capture, visualize, and analyze workflows using advanced automation and analytics, drive actionable insights for cost reduction, and support continuous improvement without deep IT integrations. This RFP is being led by RFxPremier.

An Online Purchasing Platform is a platform that allows for dynamic capabilities for both availability of products and pricing of products. This RFP is seeking Vendor solutions for such a platform. The platform must be accessible via a webpage and offer detailed reporting of purchases made using the platform.
